|Recommended: YesKings Ridge Apartment Is Located In A Quite And Beautiful Area In Parkville, Marland — The primary concern is the lack of security at the entrance of the apartment building. It is unacceptable that teenagers are smoking cannabis in the hallways, creating a disturbing and unsafe environment. Immediate action is needed to address this issue.

|Recommended: YesVery Pleased — With the apartments having age on them they have done a pretty good job maintaining them. Management has been awesome and maintenance have been very promt and efficient. Would recommend to friends and have already.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good Neighborhood — Pretty clean and spacious apartment homes. Diverse and seemingly safe environment one week living here . The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Could use some minor upgrades sink tub knobs, stoves and balcony doors outdated , otherwise solid place to live.

|Recommended: YesI Think The Property On Overall Is A Ery Pleasant Place To Live. — I would say it's a respectable and clean place to reside. The only big complaint I have is the wall are so very thin, that your privacy is often compromised.

|Recommended: YesMy Home — The complex is too dark for single parents. Been requesting more lighting for quite sometime. Need more lights around dumpsters. The laundry facility is dirty. The washers do not clean very good, and the dryers do not dry well. One of the machines are always out of order. Cannot use one dollar bills to replenish laundry card. Need handicapped parking spaces. Kitchen and bathroom needs updating.
